Welcome to Blink Pink Lashes! By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Blink Pink Lashes provides professional eyelash extension services, including but not limited to classic lashes, volume lashes, lash lifts, and tinting. All services are carried out by trained and certified technicians. We reserve the right to refuse services if we believe a client’s health or safety may be at risk.
2. Booking and Appointment
To secure an appointment, a deposit is required. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Refund Policy, which includes information regarding cancellations and deposits.
- Booking Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email or text with the details.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Deposits can be used as store credit for future services.
3. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but can be used as store credit for future bookings. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment, your deposit will remain as credit for use within 6 months of the original appointment date.
4. Payment
Payment for services is due upon completion of the appointment. We accept payments via credit/debit card, cash, or other methods available at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change and may vary based on the specific services provided.
5. Health and Safety
For your safety, it is essential that you inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the application of eyelash extensions or other treatments. We reserve the right to refuse services if we determine that your health could be compromised.
6. No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided notice, your deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding as we manage our schedule to accommodate all clients.
7. Lash Aftercare
It is important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by our technicians to maintain the quality and longevity of your eyelash extensions. Blink Pink Lashes is not responsible for any damage to the extensions caused by improper aftercare or use of products not recommended by our technicians.
8. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and pleasant experience, Blink Pink Lashes will not be held liable for any damage, injury, or dissatisfaction caused by the use of our services or products. Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being during the course of the service.
